Plaster, façades and tiles for homes that last

ZET Sàrl is a plastering, façade and tiling contractor based at 41 Grand-Rue in Troisvierges, in the north of Luxembourg near the Belgian and German borders. Civil engineer Eric Zeimers founded it in 2014 to continue his parents’ business; the former building at Grand-Rue was converted into the company’s offices, showroom and staff housing in 2022. The team applies interior and exterior plaster of every kind, from lime and gypsum to cement, and clay plaster from ClayTec, installs external thermal insulation systems and finishing renders, cleans, repairs and repaints façades, lays ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, marble, granite, slate and travertine, plans bathrooms with 3D visualisation and carries them out with its own sanitary, tiling and painting trades, and renovates old buildings from floors and walls to façades, stairs and terraces. It works on new builds, extensions and conversions for private clients and developers, with reference projects in Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany.
