Welcome to Fynd.lu ("we," "our," or "us"), operated by Fynd S.à r.l., a company registered in Luxembourg. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") that connect service seekers with verified service providers in Luxembourg.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

• "Service" refers to the Fynd.lu platform and all related services provided by Fynd S.à r.l.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity using our Service
• "Service Seeker" refers to users looking for service providers
• "Service Provider" refers to professionals offering services through our platform
• "Content" refers to any information, data, text, images, or other materials uploaded or transmitted through the Service

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Luxembourg law. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of the Service

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the Service
• Circumvent our matching algorithms or attempt to manipulate search results
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content

5. Service Provider Terms

5.1 Verification Requirements

Service providers must provide valid business licenses, insurance documentation, and other required credentials as per Luxembourg regulations. We reserve the right to verify all submitted information.

5.2 Service Quality

Service providers are responsible for delivering services in accordance with applicable professional standards and Luxembourg consumer protection laws. We do not guarantee the quality of services provided by third-party service providers.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 Service Seeker Fees

Our Service is free for service seekers. We do not charge for connecting with service providers or receiving quotes.

6.2 Service Provider Fees

Service providers pay subscription fees and/or commission fees as outlined in their separate service provider agreements. All fees are subject to Luxembourg VAT where applicable.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Luxembourg data protection laws. By using our Service, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Fynd S.à r.l. and is protected by Luxembourg, EU, and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Luxembourg law, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City, Luxembourg.
