Solid-wood CLT houses, roofs and whole builds

HEPP is a construction company based at 14C Op der Haart in Wemperhardt, in the far north of Luxembourg, with a second office in St. Vith in eastern Belgium; the legal entity is HEPPIMMO S.à r.l. and the managing director is Armani Hepp, a qualified site manager. HEPP builds solid-wood houses in CLT (cross-laminated timber, BSP in German), turnkey or as a closed weathertight shell, with separate construction coordination by its own team in Luxembourg if wanted. It also installs ventilated façades in wood, Trespa, standing-seam metal, Alucobond and Aquapanel, and handles interior joinery including parquet and doors, conversions and renovations. Roofing and all timber work are done by the company’s own roofers and carpenters: pitched roofs covered in natural slate, tiles or standing-seam metal, flat roofs waterproofed, dormers opened up and finished to move-in standard, roof trusses made and fitted, attics converted with insulation, and photovoltaic modules mounted on the new roof. The joinery builds energy-efficient timber houses, doors, windows, stairs and built-in furniture, interior fit-outs in drywall, wooden terraces, terrace roofs, carports, extensions and ventilated façades in grey spruce boards or Trespa panels. For everything else HEPP works with selected partner companies and, as a general contractor, offers modular project coordination or the complete build, from demolition and the shell to turnkey handover, with project development, budgeting and tendering, site management with quality control and regular progress reports for private, commercial and public clients. Its reference projects, from single-family timber houses and office fit-outs to a hall extension in CLT and a slate roof renovation at over 30 metres, are in northern Luxembourg and eastern Belgium.
