Used this service for the first and last time. They apparently cleaned the floors, however the floors were left smudgy and still had stains that I was able to remove easily by hand afterwards. Also, dust and debris has just been accumulated and left in the corner of a room, and the bucket used for cleaning was not cleaned afterwards but just left with dirt in it, just great service. I will give 2 stars because I suppose the hovering was at least done correctly but that is the one part we can handle ourselves anyway. I guess we'll do the cleaning outselves or look for a better service next time.

I have been using the services of Batmaid for more than a year now. All I can say is that the cleaning lady (as well as her replacement when needed) is doing an excellent job. She has been professional, trustworthy and reliable.

Great service: the cleaner appointed to us really delivers great quality, as did her replacement. Communication with Batmaid is smooth and quick. Good website which also offers the option in case the regular cleaner is not available to either choose to have your regular cleaner on another date, or another cleaner on your set date. Definitely recommend!

I am very happy with the service provided by Batmaid! From the moment I called to book, the staff was incredibly helpful. The cleaning ladies were outstanding—polite, punctual, and very friendly.
