Sent two inquiries about their adds with no response whatsoever. Only after leaving feedback on Google the comment was 'strange as we do not know you'. The strange thing is that I have two notifications from immotop (application where the agency advertises real estate as well) confirming that my inquiries were sent to the advertiser (22 April 2024 and 27 May 2024). Instead of responding 'sorry, we missed your inquiries, let's get in touch. We sell properties, you want to buy' their response is 'strange we do not know you'. Good luck with such customer service.

Highly recommended! Trustworthy company! Full package service as they can even help in providing bank contacts when you need to finance your purchase of property by loan. Really appreciate their assistance throughout the whole process. They will guide you in every step of the way. They have an amazing team and easy to deal with them. Special mention to Fleur who was there for us from day 1 up to the eventual deal closing and buying of our home in Lux. She was really nice and always accommodating and reverting to all our requests/questions! It was a great home purchase experience for us!!! Would be happy to deal with them again in the future when opportunity arise! More power to all! 🙂

I was quite astounded by the services provided by Daniel Frères Immobilier. Definitely one of the best agencies I have ever worked with!
